What does tallow do?
Tallow works really well as a makeup remover. Just put a small dab on make-up wipes & it will remove makeup & moisturize the skin.
So why tallow?
The fatty acid composition of tallow is very similar to the composition of sebum ( the oily substance released by the sebaceous glands on the skin that coats, moisturizes & protects the skin).
Tallow also contains the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E & K which are important for skin health.
