A little note about buying bath and body products: please be sure you are buying products that are labelled correctly.

Any cosmetic product, from lip balm to soap, etc has to have all ingredients listed in descending order based on how much of the ingredient is used.

I hear a lot of ‘I only use products that I can pronounce all the ingredients of.’ Great plan for foods, not so much for cosmetic products. To follow Canada Health’s regulations, all ingredients must be listed using ‘International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredient’ system, which usually means they are written in Latin in order to be recognized world wide. If the label doesn’t have some weird looking words, chances are that product has not been registered with Health Canada.
